Release Forms

PHOTO AND MEDICAL RELEASE FORM.

Photo Release.  Our League photographers may take pictures of your player(s) and use them on the website, promotional materials, the Snack Shack monitor, and in our yearbook. You may opt out by filling the form.

Medical release A medical release form must also be filled prior to the evaluations in Spring season and prior to the first practice in Fall season.

Both release forms must be sent for each player to registrar@cupertinolittleleague.org

Tee Ball – Little League Baseball

Tee ball registration is a flat $100 and comes with a free helmet, free glove, and free uniform (jersey, pants and socks).

Recommended Ages 4-6 – $100

Tee-Ball is a child’s first experience with baseball and a great team sport to learn. No experience is necessary – all are welcome! We run a combination of clinic and games. You will learn the game alongside your child.

Fall Tee ball has a Saturday schedule.

Farm A/Farm AA – Coach pitch – Little League Baseball

Recommended Ages 6 to 8 – $210

In this division, we continue to build on their fundamentals. We recommend, but do not require, that they have played a year of Tee Ball. Our goal is to have them properly and safely catch baseballs thrown to them as well as become comfortable with hitting balls pitched at them.
This division usually practices two times and has one game weekly.

Minor league – Player Pitch – Little League Baseball

Recommended Ages 9 to 11 – $300

The speed and rules of the game are starting to resemble the regular rules of baseball. The kids should be comfortable throwing and catching and facing pitchers. The kids in this division will continue to grow in their ability to hit thrown pitches. A draft process applies for Minors and Majors teams after a skills evaluation before the season begins. Minors is exclusively kid pitch.
This division usually practices two or three times and has one game weekly.

Major LEAGUE – Little League Baseball

Recommended Ages 11 to 12 – $300

This is the most competitive division for Little League. The players should be comfortable facing faster pitches and fielding hard hits in the infield. Players at this level are throwing and catching very competently.
This division usually practices two or three times and has one game weekly.

Junior league – Little League Baseball

Recommended Age 13 to 14 – $250

The Junior League Baseball Division is a program for players transitioning to a full-sized field, using a conventional 90-foot diamond that is used for college with a pitching distance of 60 feet, 6 inches.
This division usually practices two or three times and has one game weekly.

Senior league – Little League Baseball

$100

The Senior League Baseball Division is the last Little League program and is generally is composed of high school players. (Spring season only)

Challenger – Little League Challenger Division

The Little League Challenger Division was founded in 1989, and is Little League’s adaptive baseball program for individuals with physical and intellectual challenges. Cupertino proudly fields a team every Spring season, the Challenger A’s. The program is free of charge.
